Our mission is to work with festival management and organizers to secure a designated space at festivals and then set up a central camp where like minded folk who may or may not be active members of organized recovery would like to enjoy their time at the festival without the use of drugs or alcohol. We do not take a position on how other people spend their time but desire to create an environment where people can feel safe in a somewhat challenging place. We typically hold sober support meetings in the spirit of AA and NA twice a day and the schedule is left up to the hosts and attendees. We are not affiliated with any twelve step or other types of recovery groups but many of our attendees do live their live free from the effects of alcohol and drugs and practice recovery on a daily basis. We also are not affiliated with any specific festival or band. We are their guests and must remember to treat all of their staff and affiliated personnel with respect at all times.
